They are unwilling to help people over the phone place an order. It must be done by the website, even if the website does not list the item that is in stock! Pushing them further, I was promised a phone call back to help get what I wanted delivered. funny old thing, the lack of enthusiasm in the first phone call resulted in a stunning silence. They simply can't be bothered to help. Sad really.
